Quote price approved for the cost of procurement of goods, storage fees, customs clearance fees, international freight, tariffs, 17% value - added tax, domestic freight.

Delivery Notes:

Period of manufacturers to produce+ flight schedule time + customs clearance time + domestic transport time, our company arranged a weekly flight to Shanghai on Friday,  entered the warehouse clearance on next week monday, customs clearance time is about 3-4 days.

Order note:

The order will be sent directly  to the manufacturers after 30% prepayment and the return of the contract  while the information will be feedback to our customers.

Shipping Notes:

All goods will be reinstated before domestic transportation to avoid possible damage. All products and shipping packing and order number will be sent to our customers in the first time in order to keep abreast of the logistics status. 

Receipt Note:

Small pieces of products will be arranged to send SF Express, large pieces of products will be arranged to send Debon logistics; customers need to check the goods after receiving at the first time. If damaged, please do not sign, all the Transport goods have been premiums, we will have  negotiate claims with the logistics courier company in the fastest time and give customers the most appropriate treatment. 

Invoice Notes:

Based on the speed of customs clearance and issued invoices, our invoices and goods are delivered separately, the invoice will be sent within one week after the receipt of the goods, while the sales staff will note courier single to our customer at the first time in order to smooth receive.

Warranty Remarks:

All warranty time of industrial products are complied with European industry standards and it is 1 year after shipment. We can provide maintenance services if it is working failure in this time. Based on the test results by manufacturer, we will bear the maintenance and freight costs on behalf of manufacturer if test results are the original quality of the product itself while customer need to bear the maintenance and freight costs if test results are human use reasons rather than product quality reasons.
